At Fling, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Fling account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original shipping bag or box, ensuring all brand tags and protective liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the printed prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
